个人简介
陈嘉慧,女,2023年6月毕业于南京农业大学生命科学学院,获理学博士学位。主要从事果蔬采后贮藏与保鲜、花青苷合成的分子调控机制等方向的研究。以第一作者在Food Research and International,Plant and Cell Physiology,Environmental and Experimental Botany等期刊以第一作者或共同第一作者发表SCI论文5篇。
