个人简介

叶建芬,女,1992年12月生,江西婺源人,工学博士,主要围绕植物多糖来开展果蔬采后贮藏、保鲜以及精深加工、应用等方向研究工作。以第一作者在Carbohydrate Plomyers,Food Hydrocolloids,LWT-Food Science and Technology,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊发表SCI论文6篇,其中中科院一区TOP 5篇。以第二发明人获授权专利一项。获2021研究生国家奖学金。
